We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on 
all orders. If you are not completely satisfied 
with your AnkleEase™ device within 30 days of 
receiving your order, contact us at 
support@ankleease.com for a full refund. 
No questions asked.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means 
you have 30 days after receiving your item 
to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be:
— In the same condition that you received it
— Unworn or unused
— In its original packaging
— Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that returns will need to be sent 
to the address provided by our support team 
upon approval.

Items sent back to us without first requesting 
a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and 
contact us immediately if:
— The item is defective or damaged
— You received the wrong item

will evaluate the issue and make it right

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
— Sale items
— Gift cards
— Items not in original packaging
— Items showing signs of use or damage 
  caused by the customer

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want 
is to return your current item and once 
the return is accepted make a separate 
purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped into the 
European Union you have the right to cancel 
or return your order within 14 days for any 
reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition that 
you received it, unused and in its original 
packaging. You will also need your receipt 
or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return we 
will notify you whether your refund has been 
approved.

If approved your refund will be automatically 
processed to your original payment method 
within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for 
your bank or credit card company to process 
and post the refund.

since your refund was approved and you have
